Bicycle Rental
The best way to explore a city is by bicycle - the sights, sounds, and smells envelop you and offer a glimpse of the fabric of the city you're cycling through. Baking bread from the local bakery, the aroma of curry from the Indian restaurant on the corner, or the deliciousness of coffee roasting - all will find their way into your experience while astride a bicycle.
Our rentals are simple 3-speed, upright styled city bikes, perfect for exploring downtown Calgary or cruising the largest pathway network in North America. Every bike comes equipped with lights, lock, kickstand, and handy crate on the rear rack. We can also provide you with a helmet if you like.
Rentals start April 1st and are available until the end of September.
To reserve your rental just give us a call at the shop. You will need a valid driver's licence and a valid credit card. Rates are $8/hr or $35/day.
New Bicycle Warranty Services
So, you've bought a new bicycle from us - congratulations! We are here to keep you rolling. All new bikes purchased from BikeBike are covered for one full year from the date of purchase under our New Bicycle Warranty. The warranty coverage encourages you to bring you bike back to us during that first year for any adjustments you may need to keep your new bike running in tiptop condition. Even if you just need some air in your tires, we are here for you.
Warranty services include but are not limited to gear adjustments, brake adjustments, wheel truing, and bearing surface adjustments. If you bike is under one year old and not working perfectly, give us a call and we'll get you going.
After the one year warranty period is over, have no fear, we're still here and more than happy to keep your bike happy, just give us a call to book an appointment.
Layaway Program
Do you have your sights set on a beautiful new bicycle that is just a little bit out of reach due to tight finances? Why not consider using our Layaway Program. It works like this - place a 25% (non-refundable) deposit on the bike, and then pay off the balance within 90 days and voila! - you have a brand new bicycle! This is a great option to get yourself into a better equipped bicycle or perhaps allow your family to get the cargobike you have been dreaming of. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
