CARGO BIKE RENTAL RULES
You will be required to sign a waiver when picking up your rental.
All riders must be 21 years of age or older; this does NOT include passengers in or on the cargo bike.
No children under the age of 1yr (12 months) may ride in the cargo bucket. Children must be at least 2 (24 months)years old to ride on the Benno Boost CX and require the additional rental of a Thule Yepp seat.
You may not exceed the maximum cargo + Rider weight of the e-bike.
Bicycle theft is prevalent in Calgary; the renter is responsible for the safety of the e-bike bicycle during the rental period.
Do not leave your cargo bike rental parked outside for extended periods of time.
Do not leave your cargo rental bike parked outside overnight.
Use the wheel lock (if installed) and provided lock with your rental each time you park the bike.
The renter is responsible for the full replacement value of the cargo bike should it be stolen, including lost or damaged cargo bike charger.
The renter is responsible for the cost of damages on top of the rental fee. (ie. Should the bike be returned damaged, the deposit will be kept and the renter will be responsible for any maintenance fees that exceed this deposit). All cargo bike rentals leave our shop adjusted, tuned and ready to ride.
You must follow the rules of the road and all applicable laws while riding the e-bike; including wearing your helmet and making sure your lights are on after dusk.
Cargo bikes are available for rent from April 15th until the first snowfall. Rentals are not available if there is snow or ice on the ground in Calgary.

Renter must be over the age of 21 and have valid government-issued photo ID, preferably a drivers license.
A credit card, in the renters name, with the value of the $2000 deposit for each rental bike
