Too busy to bring your bike in? We’ve got you. Our concierge repair service provide scheduled pickup, professional in-shop repair service, and finally, scheduled drop-off - so your bike stays reliable and your day stays on track.

Your bike will be professionally assessed and serviced by one of Canada’s Best Bike Shops – without the hassle of loading it up or leaving your house.

Pickup and Drop off day is Monday. We have 4 convenient pickup times spread throughout the day. Service is limited to residences in Calgary only.

Before booking your e-bike in for service, check to make sure your bike has either a Bosch or Shimano motor system. We are not certified to service other systems at this time.

How Concierge Works

  1. Book Your Pick-Up: Monday is our pickup and drop off day. Times are available throughout the day.

  2. We’ll Pick Up Your Bike: A BikeBike team member will meet you at your pick-up location within the scheduled 1hr window. We’ll text or email you when we’re 30 minutes away.

  3. We’ll Assess Your Bike: Once it arrives at a BikeBike’s service department, we’ll perform a full inspection and assessment.

  4. You’ll Get a Work Order Quote: We’ll email you an estimate and follow up by phone to answer any questions you may have.

  5. We’ll Get to Work: After your approval, we’ll complete the service and get your bike ride-ready.

  6. Book Your Drop-Off: When the service is complete, you’ll receive a payment link. We’ll also call to arrange your preferred drop off time.

  7. Pedal off into the sunset!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Because pick-ups and drop-offs run once per week, the minimum turnaround is typically one week from pick-up to drop-off. Additional time may be required for special-order parts.

    When your work order is complete, we’ll send a payment link and you can select your drop-off date.

  • Concierge Service is $39 round-trip. This non-refundable booking fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve your pick-up window. You may change your pick-up date with more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Yes!
    We are more than happy to pickup all your bikes for service. There is an extra $15 fee per bike that will be added to your service quote.

  • The booking fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule your pick-up with more than 24 hours notice at no additional charge.

  • Please ensure you (or someone 16+ are available to hand off/receive the bike during the scheduled 1hr window. For your convenience, we’ll notify you approximately 30 minutes before arrival by text or email.

  • Yes!
    If you prefer to collect your bike in person after service, just let us know. Please note there is no discount or refund for one-way delivery.
