Join us for 1-hour long bicycle maintenance and critical information workshops designed to empower riders of all skill levels to understand, diagnose, maintain, tinker, repair, and truly enjoy their bikes year-round.
Each session is hands-on, practical, and approachable, focusing on real-world skills you can use immediately. Classes are capped to create a supportive, interactive environment with plenty of individual attention and time—so you leave feeling confident, capable, and ready to ride. Bubbly refreshments included!
This summer, hop on your bike and join our beginner-friendly bikepacking information workshops and overnight adventures! No experience? No problem—we’ll help you get into bikepacking, you can even join one of our group overnight rides, figure out the best gear to buy, and enjoy the ride at a pace that actually feels fun.
Think laughs, scenic stops, and discovering that bikepacking isn’t scary—it’s downright addictive.

Cyclefest, brought to you by the fine folks at Youth En Route is happening all day in the heart of the East Village with activities for everyone. CycleFest is Youth en Route’s flagship community event — bringing together families, bike shops, local businesses, community organizations, and people who believe cycling is freedom. Every dollar raised supports youth cycling programs across Calgary.
We will be onsite in the vendor area too with the coolest bikes on planet earth.

Summer Solstice BikeBikeOvernight
Join us on a fun group overnighter to Big Elbow Backcountry campground.
A summer solstice bikeovernight for everyone! This route is a great beginner option for folks who are keen to get into bikepacking but are maybe a little shy to go alone. Join our fellowship of adventurers!
Here are the details -
Spots are limited. Buy your tent spot here
Park at the Big Elbow/Little Elbow public parking lot and make sure you have your K-Country Parking Pass. It would be a good idea to carpool if possible as parking out there on a weekend can be challenging. We’re planning on arriving early just to circle the lot looking for a spot.
We will depart at 4pm sharp!
Bring everything you need for your own comfort and safety. While we are riding together - this is a self-supported adventure.
You will be asked to sign a waiver and unfortunately no minors are allowed (thanks, insurance company)
We reserve the right to cancel the event if bad weather becomes a concern. I mean, really, must we suffer!

BikeBikeOvernight July
Join us on a fun group overnighter to Romulus Backcountry campground.
This route is a great beginner option for folks who are keen to get into bikepacking but are maybe a little shy to go alone. Join our fellowship of adventurers!
Here are the details -

The ride into Romulus has a decent amount of climbing, some of it is technical and rocky, andthe distance in is about 13kms one way.
Park at the Big Elbow/Little Elbow public parking lot and make sure you have your K-Country Parking Pass. It would be a good idea to carpool if possible as parking out there on a weekend can be challenging. We’re planning on arriving early just to circle the lot looking for a spot.
We will depart at 4pm sharp!

West Bragg Creek To Sibbald.
Not recommended for first timers.
Intermediate level bikeovernight. 2-3hrs of mostly singletrack riding with a good amount of climbing.
Join us on a challenging group overnighter to Sibbald Campground.
This route offers a good amount of challenging terrain with lots of singletrack in the woods and a decent amount of climbing.
